Artisan pizza




I love baking pizza. My wife doesn't like to eat pizza that often, but she does like it when I bake pizza. Yesterday I baked a couple pizzas for during the Superbowl.

Toppings on these pizzas included a light layer of sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni, a mix of chanterelle and hen of the woods (maitake) mushrooms chopped, bell peppers, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano cheeses. The chanterelles added a very unique flavor.
