Seafood cocktail sauce

Have you ever wanted shrimp cocktail but didn't have any cocktail sauce on hand? Just mix some horseradish and a little lemon juice with ketchup and you've got better cocktail sauce than most of the manufactured brands. Adjust the amount of horseradish and ketchup to your own liking.
